LADIES FOOTBALL FITNESS TRAINING

To get the season off to a start, basketball training has been arranged for Friday nights in the Community Hall from 9.00pm to 10.00pm., commencing on Friday 24th January. All registered players are welcome and encouraged to attend where they will be coached by a qualified basketball trainer – whilst this training will brush down the cobwebs and enhance fitness it will also generate some fun and get the season up and running for 2014. It is free of charge and again we look forward to seeing you there in large numbers.
